CWT was organized by members with over 25 years of experience in financial management of development projects in the United States and foreign countries. CWT and Advisory Board members provide development finance services for technology transfers. CWT facilitates collaborative research. Strategic alliances are formed with financial, legal and technical firms in the U.S. and other countries, combining the expertise of scientists, physicians, economists, accountants, investment bankers, attorneys, engineers, and other technical experts. The extent of participation of each firm and individual varies according to the need of the particular project.
